We are happy to announce that we offer Home Delivery Service for all Mamas and Papas products. We offer FREE delivery service for all Metro Manila customers. For provincial address, a minimal fee shall be charged.

We aim to have your parcels delivered as soon as possible. Here’s the process. Once we confirm your payment, we shall prepare your items before our 3:00pm cut-off time and schedule them for delivery. For Metro Manila deliveries, please allow a standard delivery of 3 to 5 business days. For Provincial, delivery lead time will depend on our third party courier but would typically be from 5 to 14 business days.

For tracking of Metro Manila orders, you may Viber our Customer Service Hotline at 0917-6180926 from Mondays to Fridays 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.

For provincial tracking, you may track using the online tracker by our third party courier.

On some occasions, the following incidents may cause a delay in the delivery:

  1. Shipping service interruptions by our third party courier
  2. Incorrect or incomplete address
  3. Multiple attempts to deliver with no recipient
  4. Accessibility to delivery address
  5. Peak season and holidays
  1. Our warranty covers all factory defects, valid for 1 year after the date of purchase. Service is free of charge.
  2. Date of purchase must be presented for warranty claims.
  3. For warranty and service, item must be sent to our office in Pasig and will be subject for inspection and proper diagnosis.
  4. All shipping costs are shouldered by the customer.
  5. For orders placed in other online marketplaces, orders will be subject to the returns policy of the respective platform from which order was placed.
  6. For service requests beyond the warranty period, spare parts will be subject to additional cost depending on the diagnosis.
