Please note that all delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. All delivery dates represent the total number of working days we estimate to deliver your order. Mamas & Papas will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries. During busy promotional periods and in severe weather conditions delivery may be delayed and arrive a little later than our published delivery time windows. We will keep you up to date on your order status.

Return, Exchange and Refund

Bringing it back? No problem, we have a 7-day returns policy for any items with damage or factory defects. The item(s) you wish to return must be unused in their original, undamaged packaging with the tags still attached, in a resalable condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase in order for us to offer you an exchange or full refund in the same currency. Delivery charges will not be refunded and customers will handle all delivery costs for exchange items.


*This policy excludes item(s) which have been personalized for you, any toiletries, mattresses, underwear and swimwear for hygiene and safety reasons, any refurbished item(s), and any clearance item(s) that has been labeled with specific conditions or any Mamas & Papas products bought from other retailers. This also excludes returns or exchange with reason of change of mind by the customer.

For your convenience, you may return any item(s) personally or any preferred courier service at your own expense. The item(s) should be brought to our Head Office with the address: 10 Evangelista Ave. Barangay Santolan, Pasig City 1610.


Mamas & Papas have a wide range of products which are all tested to ensure they are of the highest standard and quality. Subject to the conditions and exclusions set out below, Mamas & Papas warrants that all our own brand products will be free of manufacturing defects where used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manuals for one (1) from the date of purchase.


We endeavor to always offer environmentally sustainable options for our customers and so where your product is covered by our guarantee against manufacturing defect and found by us to have a manufacturing defect, we will at our discretion provide one of the following free of charge:


  • a replacement self-fit part. Instructions will be provided where required.
  • a repair carried out by one of our experienced technicians at our head office in Santolan, Pasig City.


Alternatively, if your product is deemed irreparable or based on cost is not viable to repair, then in Mamas & Papas sole discretion, a replacement product may be provided. 

This guarantee is subject to the following conditions and exclusions.



  • Product must be purchased from the Mamas & Papas website, through our Customer Service team or from one of our partner retail stores.
  • This warranty covers all factory defects, valid for 1 year after the date of purchase. Service is free of charge.
  • The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred with ownership of the product i.e. second hand purchases.
  • Proof of purchase must be presented for warranty claims.
  • Item(s) must be sent to our office in Pasig and will be subject for inspection and proper diagnosis. All shipping costs are shouldered by the customer.
  • Where a particular model, color, fabric or accessory has been discontinued we may have no alternative but to replace it with an equivalent product, color or fabric.



  • For orders placed in other online marketplaces (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Zalora), orders will be subject to the returns policy of the respective platform from which order was placed.
  • All clothing, any fabrics (including seat covers and seat pads), rain covers, tyres, and PVC items.
  • Where incorrect assembly occurs or use of non-recommended parts, or third party accessories not compatible with original design are used.
  • General wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage including airline damage.
  • Damage caused by non-domestic use, abuse, misuse, neglect or by not being used and cared for in accordance with our instructions.
  • Corrosion or rust on the wheels or chassis due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance.
  • Improper storage of the product.
  • Customer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of disliking the weight, functionality, color or style etc.
  • Fabric fading, discoloration or wearing due to incorrect laundering and general wear and tear.
  • If a product is adapted or modified.
  • Products which are repaired by an unauthorized repair agent.
  • Any replacement part or repair of any product will not extend the original guarantee period.
  • Any product provided by way of replacement or exchange of the product originally purchased will be guaranteed for the remainder of the guarantee period applicable to the original product. Where store/gift receipt or email order confirmation cannot be provided Mamas & Papas reserve the right to assess the condition of a product and determine whether it falls within the scope of the guarantee.


In the event a product is outside of your guarantee period we will endeavor to repair or replace parts subject to availability. The charges outside of the warranty period for pushchairs, strollers and travel systems will depend on the needed parts, labor, administration and handling per product.


In the unlikely event that you need to claim under the terms of this guarantee, please contact our Customer Service team, or visit our head office.

Nothing in this guarantee will affect your legal rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“terms”) as varied by us from time to time apply to all purchases of products by you from: (a) Mamas & Papas (Digital) Limited where your purchase is made from our website at or through our Customer Service team; (b) Mamas & Papas Partner Retail Stores; (c) Mamas & Papas Provincial Partners


Please read these terms carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and the terms as varied will be effective as from the date on which they are varied so please check to ensure you have the latest version before you make a new purchase.


References in these terms to “Mamas & Papas”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Mamas & Papas (Holdings) Ltd and its subsidiaries.

Your legal rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

How does Click & Collect work?

Click & Collect is a FREE service that allows customers to purchase and reserve items available on our website, and collect their order(s) at Mamas & Papas Flagship Store located in Mitsukoshi Mall, BGC.

Who is this for?

Click & Collect service is suitable for customers who wish to avail items and exclusive deals available on our website – which they can collect in-store at their own time and convenience.

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

  1. Choose your products at Mamas and Papas Philippines
  2. Add them to your cart.
  3. Upon check out, select In-store Pickup as the shipping method.
    • As soon as you place your order, kindly check your email for your order status.
    • In order to collect your order, please present your Ready for Collection email (screenshot or hard copy) and a valid ID.
    • *If you are unable to personally collect, please kindly bring an authorization letter, together with a scanned copy of your valid ID, as well as the valid ID of your representative. Please take note that in-store pickup will be available three (3) business days after you place your order (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted). Orders can only be collected during mall hours (11:00 AM – 10:00 PM).
    • Again, before visiting our flagship store, please ensure you have the following:

  5. Valid ID of the person who placed the order or your authorized representative.
If you order a large item such as strollers or furniture, please ensure you have the means to easily collect the item.

Click & Collect Terms & Conditions:

  1. Click & Collect service is FREE for all orders with no minimum purchase value.
  2. Payment must be confirmed before processing your order. We accept the following modes of payment:

  3. We will only hold your order for seven (7) calendar days after you receive your collection notification. Orders not collected after this duration will automatically be canceled. Refunds will be issued.

When can I pick up my order?
    • Once your order is paid, we will prepare and package it for shipping within three (3) business days (Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays are not counted). You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Is it possible to pick up my order at other retail stores?
    • Unfortunately, no. We only offer Click & Collect service at the Mamas & Papas Flagship Store in Mitsukoshi Mall, BGC.
What do I need to pick up my order?
