Return & Warranty Policy
Items purchased from Mamas & Papas physical store and website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are accompanied by proof of purchase, are in their original and undamaged packaging, and include all accessories and attached price tags. Items must be returned or exchanged at the branch where the purchase was made. Customers may also opt to return items via their preferred courier service at their own expense, addressed to the original branch of purchase.
Customers are only allowed a one-time exchange or replacement, as long as the item is in good condition, except in the case of a recurring manufacturing defect, which is subject to investigation. An unboxing video is required as main proof for any returns and exchange request.
VALID REASONS for return and exchange include the following:
- Faulty, defective, or damaged product
- Item has missing parts or accessories
- Change of size (for babywear/clothing items)
NOT entitled to an exchange under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394):
- Change of mind (includes change in color)
- Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
- Discovery of the lower price of the same item from another store
- Personalized item
- Any toiletries, mattress, and swimwear for hygiene and sanitary reasons
- Any clearance items that have been labeled with specific condition
- Any Mamas & Papas products bought from other retailers
- Any items purchased on sale or clearance
Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item/s with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.
Items received as gifts may be returned or exchanged for a different size or color, including duplicate items purchased from the gift registry, only with a gift receipt. Returns or exchanges without a gift receipt will not be honored.
Gift returns and exchanges may be facilitated at the branch where the item was purchased.
Note: Exchanges for items bought from the Mamas & Papas website cannot be made at physical stores, and vice versa.
Shipping costs:
- For exchanges due to size, the customer will shoulder the shipping costs for both the return and delivery of the items. This also applies to returns of items from the gift registry.
- For exchanges of defective or incorrect items, Mamas & Papas will shoulder the shipping costs for both the return of the item and the delivery of the replacement.
Processing:
- Replacement of items depends on item availability.

Warranty applies to items with manufacturer defects.
- Strollers: 365 days (1 year)
- Equipment: 90 days (approx. 3 months)
- Furniture: 90 days (approx. 3 months)
- Clothes, Cot Mobiles, etc.: 30 days (1 month)
Items reported beyond the specified warranty period will no longer be accepted for warranty claims.
