What are the delivery options?

We have 4 delivery options available:

Standard Shipping (within Metro Manila) – 3–5 business days
Provincial Shipping – 7–14 business days
Next-day Delivery within Metro Manila – Daily order cut-off is 11:00 AM. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

How long does standard shipping take?

Metro Manila orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), while provincial orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

How does in-store pickup work?

In-store pickup is a delivery option that allows customers to purchase items from our website and collect them at their selected branch.

Processing Time:

The process requires 2–3 business days to complete.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeframe.

Shipping Origin:

Items are shipped directly from our warehouse, not from in-store stock.

Order Ready Notification:

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive:
- An email notification.
- A separate text message notification.

How to Pick Up Your Order:

To collect your items, please present the following to our sales staff:

A valid ID

If someone else will be picking up the order on your behalf, your representative must present:

Starting rate is ₱150 and may vary depending on the item’s weight and shipping location.

Bonnell Coil Springs

Interlinked springs that provide a versatile and highly durable sleep surface.

Crush Resistant Walls

Firm fibre-edged walls which keep the mattress in optimum condition for longer.

Dual Sided

Double-sided mattress with two different sleeping surfaces, intended to flip between a soft side for baby and a firmer side for toddler.

Duo Airflow Pocket Springs

Exclusive to Mamas & Papas, specially designed springs that provide enhanced comfort and firmer support as a child grows while improving airflow and breathability.

Fibre Core

Chemical-treatment-and-foam-free mattress core that has no odour and never discolours whilst helping to improve airflow, prolonging the mattress's inner health.

Inner Protector

Wipe-clean, non-removable inner cover that protects the core and allows the mattress to be used when the removable cover is in the wash.

Intelligent Fabric

Provides extra ventilation, better circulation of air, moisture regulation and durable comfort.

Pocket Springs

Individually pocketed springs that adapt to child's movement and changing weight, ensuring long-lasting support.

Purotex Technology

An active, 100% natural probiotic treatment that releases friendly bacteria into the mattress to prevent harmful bacteria, dust and allergens.

The higher the spring count, the more enhanced the comfort and performance of the mattress.

Buggy:

Another word for pushchair, often used interchangeably.

Carrycot:

A separate cot-like unit where baby can lie-flat. It attaches to the pushchair frame. Some pushchairs include a carrycot, others have it as an optional add-on.

Car seat compatible:

This refers to a pushchair that can be fitted with a car seat. It allows you to click your car seat into your pushchair with baby inside it, so you don’t need to disturb them by removing them from their car seat. It’s useful when you want to pop in and out of the car. Or if your baby is napping and you don’t want to wake them. Not every pushchair is car seat compatible with every car seat, so you’ll need to check. Often adaptors can be used to make a pushchair compatible with a car seat, but again this will depend on the model of pushchair and car seat, so always check. And remember being in their car seat for extended periods isn’t advised- check the NHS guidance for more information.

Parent-facing Mode:

Otherwise known as ‘rear-facing.’ This is when they’re pushchair faces the parent pushing them, allowing you to keep an eye on your little one. It helps them to feel safe, facing a familiar face. A lovely way to bond. First-stage pushchairs are usually in this mode, or you’ll have the option to be in this mode.

This is another word for pushchair, often used as a term for a newborn pushchair with carrycot.

The overarching term for prams, strollers and modes of transport for little ones! This tends to cover all the categories and types on the market.

Stroller:

An American term for lighter more compact pushchairs, often used after the age of 6 months.

World-facing Mode:

Also known as ‘forward-facing’ mode. Most first-stage pushchairs give you the option to move into this mode when you’re ready. As your baby develops and becomes inquisitive, you might want to swap to world-facing mode so they can watch the world around them. It’s advised to make this transition gradually- try an hour at a time - so they won’t feel too overwhelmed by their new view.

A portable, lightweight basket used as a safe place to put baby down or for them to sleep, typically used around the house and during the first few months of baby's life.

Cot/Cotbed:

A sturdy, enclosed bed designed for babies and young children. Cotbeds can be adapted into a toddler bed, extending their use.

Co-sleeper:

A type of baby sleep solution that allows a baby to sleep close to a parent’s bed, either attached to it or sharing the same sleep surface safely.

Bassinet:
