Metro Manila orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday), while provincial orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in the business day count.

Yes, we do offer online ordering with in-store pickup. Please note that it will take 1-2 days for processing, as our orders are handled in-house and delivered directly from our warehouse.

Typically, pick-up in-store orders will be ready for collection within 1-2 business days. We’ll send you an email or text to notify you when your order is ready for pick-up.

Bring one valid government ID and your confirmation email to the store and show them to a staff member to collect your item.

If someone else is picking up the item(s) on your behalf, please ensure they have the confirmation email and a copy of your photo ID. You will have 5 days to collect your item from the store.

We’ll provide you with a tracking number through your email after your order has been processed and shipped out, so you can keep track of its status and when it's up for delivery.

If you've changed your mind or made a mistake with your order, you can still edit it as long as it has not yet been processed by our team. Please reach out to us immediately by emailing us at help@bullseyeph.com.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed and shipped out. Once the order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Currently, you cannot use the gift certificate on our website. However, you can use your Mamas & Papas gift certificate at any Mamas & Papas physical store.

Upon receiving your order, you will receive a Delivery Receipt. The Sales Invoice is available upon request. To request it, please email us at help@bullseyeph.com and include the following details:

  • Attachments (Photo of Item, Correct Prescription, etc.)
  • Items purchased from Mamas & Papas may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are accompanied by proof of purchase, are in their original and undamaged packaging, and include all accessories and attached price tags. Any of our physical stores can accept your item for exchange. You may also return items personally through your preferred courier service at your own expense.
  • Customers are only allowed a one-time exchange or replacement, as long as the item is in good condition, except in the case of a recurring manufacturing defect, which is subject to investigation.

VALID REASONS for return and exchange include the following:

  • Faulty, defective, or damaged product
  • Item has missing parts or accessories; or
  • Change of size (for babywear/clothing items)

The following conditions are NOT entitled to an exchange under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394):

  • Change of mind (includes change in color)
  • Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
  • Discovery of the lower price of the same item from another store
  • Personalized item
  • Any toiletries, mattress, and swimwear for hygiene and sanitary reasons.
  • Any clearance items that have been labeled with specific condition.
  • Any Mamas & Papas products bought from other retailers.

Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item/s with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.

Items received as gifts can be returned or exchanged for a different size, color, or item by presenting the gift receipt. Gift returns and exchanges may be facilitated at the branch where the item was purchased.


Exchanges for items bought from the Mamas & Papas website cannot be made at physical stores, and vice versa.

  1. For exchanges due to size, the customer will shoulder the shipping costs for both the return and delivery of the items.
  2. For exchanges of defective or incorrect items, Mamas & Papas will shoulder the shipping costs for both the return of the item and the delivery of the new item.

Processing and shipping of replacements may take 5 to 14 business days from the date the items are sent for exchange.

  • Equipment: 90 days (approx.3 months)
  • Furniture: 90 days (approx.3 months)
  • Clothes, Cot Mobiles, Toys, etc.: 30 days (1 month)

Yes, you can order spare or replacement parts by emailing our Customer Care team at help@bullseyeph.com. Please provide the product name, LOT/serial number, and proof of purchase (store receipt or order confirmation). Our team will check availability and place the order for you.

A lot number is a 3, 4 or 5 digit number attached somewhere on the product that identifies when and where your product was manufactured.
